Consider Three Classes

The first class is comprised of those my family or I have personally used. They have given us noticeable improvements in our health.

The second class are those that I've repeatedly seen recommended in my research. Although my family and I haven't used them, because we haven't needed them, I believe they'd help those who need them.

The third class is supplements we've tried, and I can't recommend for one reason or another.

Class One: This super food supplement boosts your bodies own stem cell release so you can heal.

Concentrated super food supplement - This supplement has helped my health more than any other, and it has been equally helpful for my husband.

Scientific tests have proved it causes the body to release 25 to 30% more stem cells than normal for six hours after you take it. That's an increase of 2 to 3 million more stem cells in circulation. Recent research has revealed that stem cells are one of the major ways the body uses to repair itself.

A total body cleanse. I've only learned about this new supplement in the recent past, but while using it, I was able to take far fewer supplements while maintaining the same level of vibrant health.

Essential Fatty Acids- Since the typical diet is usually much higher in Omega 6 than in Omega 3 fatty acids, the Omega 3 fatty acids are usually the ones that you need to supplement.

Minerals -Although most minerals can be obtained from a good diet, calcium, and magnesium supplements are recommended for their anti aging benefits.

Class Two:

Ginkgo- This herb is recommended for improved mental function and a slowing of Alzheimer's symptoms.
