Bacopa Monnieri - Herbal Brain Rejuvinator from India

Researchers began to study it because of traditional Hindu holy men, called Shamans, who memorized and quoted epic poems and legends for hours and days without stopping.

When some of these works were finally written down, people realized that they contained nearly nine hundred pages of text. Yet the shamans quoted them word for word!

    He recommends a dosage of 300mg. of standardized Bacopa extract. The extract should be standardized to contain fifty percent bacosides A and B. Himalaya USA markets a product called Bacopa that he recommends. The best way to take it is two capsules twice daily on an empty stomach.

    This product is available online from Vitacost. It isn't their cheapest Bacopa product, but since there are many ineffective products on the market, it would probably pay you to get one you know will be effective.

    To notice the full effects of this herb you will need to take it regularly for at least twelve weeks. It should continue to help, as long as you continue its use.

    If you're having problems with age related memory decline, or someone you love is, Bacopa Monnieri is definitely an herb you should try. Although I've not tried it personally, current research insists that it will improve your mental abilities and truly support brain health.
