Muscle Building Supplements Boost Weight Training Efforts
There are eight muscle building supplements that can improve your workout results according to my research. Since I've not really been involved in these efforts personally, I had to do some research to write this page.
They are
L-Carnitine,
Carnosine, Creatine, Branched-chain amino acids, glutamine, whey protein, polyenylphosphatidylcholine or phosphatidlycholine, and possibly testosterone.
With the exception of testosterone, these muscle building supplements all seem to be individual parts of protein that may be lacking if a man spends a lot of time and effort in muscle building.
Testosterone is the male hormone. Supplementation is sometimes recommended for older men so that their bodies can maintain youthful function. Using this muscle building supplement also enables a youthful ratio of muscle to fat.
In time I may try to provide more about these nutrients on individual pages, although from what I can research, there is no shortage of accurate information about them available.
Try a New Approach to Muscle Building!
Let me recommend a couple of different muscle building supplements to improve your efforts. I've not seen much information available in my research about them, so I suspect there are many who aren't aware of the benefits they have to offer.
Both are new supplements that have been developed within the past five years.
The first is a patented super food supplement concentrate. It has been clinically demonstrated to increase the body's ability to release stem cells by an average of 25% for six hours after you take it. A second part of the concentrate enables any challenged cell in the body to attract stem cells so that the challenge can be overcome.
Since muscle strength is improved by challenging the tissue, this supplement will enable maximum improvement and results from your workouts. For more detailed information click on the preceding link.
The second is a supporting nutritional powerhouse that helps the efficiency of the first supplement in three different ways.
First, it contains proteolytic enzymes that help digest fibrin so that it doesn't build up in body tissues. It has been shown that, if fibrin isn't stopped, it will form a net that can slow the bloodstream's ability to deliver nutrients and stem cells to body tissues.
Second, it has a combination of powerful antioxidants from mangosteen, berry extracts, curcumin, and cat's claw that will lower oxidative stress. Since oxidative stress is one of the main barriers to improved muscle strength, this antioxidant support will help you reduce your recovery time after intense workouts.
Third, it contains ingredients that help your body detoxify. So it will improve your body's ability to get rid of poisons, and impurities.
Since both of these supplements are very new, they aren't widely available. However, if you'd like to get these supplements or more information about them, please visit the Stem Tech health Sciences page. Or if you fill our the form below, I'll be happy to send the muscle building brochure to you.
You won't find these supplements recommended on every body building site, but if you're serious about achieving your maximum potential, I'd encourage you to give these two muscle building supplements a try.
I'd be very surprised if you were disappointed with the results.
