Dear ,

March-April 2011 Accomplishments

March-April 2011 is proving to be as busy as usual, perhaps even more than usual. I've covered several topics since our last issue. If you haven't gotten a chance to check them out yet, here are the links with a short synopsis of the information covered:

  • Women's Heart Attack Symptoms -This page covers the gender specific symptoms of heart attacks. Explore it to find out why we are blessed.
  • Heart Attack Symptoms in Women -Explore what makes women's symptoms unique, and why it is important to recognize them, never ignore them.
  • Food to Avoid Arthritis -Discover how what you eat affects your joints, and how avoiding a certain class of food can keep your joints healthy.
  • Juvenon -Although I recommend many supplements to prolong youth, Juvenon isn't one of them. Explore this page to find out why, and which supplements I do recommend.
  • Pictures of Skin Diseases -The pictures and information on this page deal with skin diseases whose causes are unknown, or uncertain.
  • Skin Disease Pictures -This page deals with skin diseases caused by hormonal imbalances, auto-immune disorders, and allergies.
  • Facts on Heart Disease -Some facts on heart disease are indisputable statistics, but others are quite controversial, and more opinions than facts in some cases. Explore this page to learn which are which, and find out answers to this major health challenge.
  • Skin Disease Photos -This page covers contagious skin diseases caused by viruses. Both childhood diseases and those that adults get are covered.

If you've not had a chance to explore these pages, and are interested in any of the topics, I'd encourage you to make the time to visit them and digest the information shared.

When it comes to health supplements, knowing without doing is worthless.

    March-April 2011 -Future Plans

I plan to write another page with skin disease pictures, exploring contagious diseases caused by bacteria and fungi, in the near future.

After I finish this series of foundational information about skin disease, I hope to research and explain what the best ways are to improve skin health, both to avoid skin diseases, and improve appearance, as well.

I'm also hoping to research and share more of my findings on inflammation, auto-immune reactions, and allergies, since these are health areas that I find very intriguing right now.

If I have any extra time, I may write about diet solutions, and women's health supplements as well. I know all of these are areas where many people struggle to find answers for their health challenges.

    March-April 2011 -Personal Involvements

We had a fairly busy two months planned between now and the first of the summer already, but this past week we've learned we may need to make another short term mission trip to Puerto Rico.

We don't usually go this time of year because we have too much to do at home, and because it is very close to hurricane season in the tropics. Were we to be there during a hurricane, we wouldn't be able to get much accomplished. So, this is an unexpected complication to an already busy schedule.

I'm not sure yet how this will all work out, but I am thankful that it shouldn't interfere greatly with my ability to continue providing you with information on valuable supplements.

Additionally, in the near future, I'm hoping to be able to get a business page up on Facebook, as well. I'm looking forward to connecting with some of you who really enjoy Facebook there, and finding out more about what I can do to help you.

Sitesell, the company that hosts this website already has a page up. They've already had 10,000 people "like" them. If you're interested in building a web business, I'd highly recommend them.

This is no get rich quick scheme, and it is a bargain in my opinion. I've been working with them for almost three years now, and there is still a lot I'm learning. But it is more a hobby than a business for me, since I work on it in my spare time, and I've found it an enjoyable challenge.

If you'd like more information, see the SBI review I wrote, or visit their page sitesell on facebook, and see what you think.

    March-April 2011 -Enjoying Spring

I think I find Spring one of the most enjoyable seasons of the year. I hope you enjoy it as well. The longer days and warmer weather are a cause for hope even when other things aren't as positive.

I love to garden as well, and after being inside all winter it is nice to be able to get out in the garden and take care of growing things. Besides, the health benefits of nutritious foods just can't be beat. Well, I'd better wrap this up for now.

    Supplementing wisely for improving health,

    Sherilyn
