Sherilyn's Saving Supplement Solutions, Issue #16 Types of Heart Diseases -January 2011
January 25, 2011
Dear ,

Types of Heart Disease
There are Many

There are many types of heart diseases in our world today. In fact I listed seven different types when I explored this topic earlier this year. However, in spite of that fact, I'm sure that list wasn't anywhere close to exhaustive. During 2010, heart disease was one of the major topics I concentrated on. In all I wrote over fifteen pages on different topics regarding heart health.

Although there are at least seven major types of heart disease there are certain things that will be helpful to avoid all of them. Healthy lifestyle changes such as getting regular exercise, eating a healthy diet, and avoiding high stress situations fall in this category.

Additionally, there are at least four different supplements that should be helpful for all of them. For all the specifics regarding the different types, please visit the page I've written called different types of heart disease.

Supplements to Prevent Heart Disease

If you want to know how to prevent heart disease, adding these supplements to your diet would be a great place to start. They are:
  • Pro-Argi9 Plus - This is an L-Arginine-Citruline supplement that improves your body's ability to produce nitric oxide, the cardiovascular system's master signalling molecule. For all the details about it and where to get it, please visit the Proargi-9 Plus page.
  • Stem Enhance - This concentrated super food supplement has been scientifically proven to enable your body to release 25 to 30% more adult stem cells for up to six hours after each dose. The bottom line of this statistic is that every time you take a dose, you'll have three or four million more stem cells circulating in you blood stream. Cutting edge research has established that our own adult stem cells are one of our body's major healing modalities. To check out those studies, or to order, visit the Stem Tech website.
  • Stem Flo -This product was also developed recently by the same company, but it is a blend of proteolytic enzymes, antioxidants, and natural detoxifying agents. Its purpose is to dissolve fibrin in the blood, zap free radicals, and remove any toxins released by the first two actions. If you want a more detailed explanation, click on the link above to visit the stem tech website, or visit the page I've written about it called proteolytic enzymes.
  • Natural Cellular Defense (NCD) - This odorless, colorless zeolite liquid provides a thorough total body cleanse. If you don't understand how that might help you prevent heart disease, you probably don't understand the tremendous toxic load on our bodies caused by today's high pollution level. If you'd like further information, please check out all the details about this total body cleanse, and how it works.

If you aren't struggling with heart disease, but know someone who is, please feel free to print this off and share it with them, or to forward it to them via e-mail.

Personal Update

I was amazed when I realized it has been five months since I've written an issue of Saving Supplement Solutions. I am struggling a little with how frequently it will be valuable for you, my readers. If you are as busy as I am, I know you don't want to hear from me too often, but at the same time, if you didn't want to hear at all, you wouldn't have signed up for the e-zine.

My goal is to send out an issue either once every two months, or once every three months. However, the problem is, if I don't write monthly, it is easy to let the months slip by and not realize how long it has been since I've written. That is what happened this fall. I was in Puerto Rico for over a month on a short term missions trip, and gone from home about two months. We had family visiting right before we left, so time had just slipped by without my realizing how long it had been.

If you have any personal preferences about how often I should write, or any health topic you'd like to see me cover, please drop me a line on my contact page. I'd really love to get your input about it.

Other than the normal business of life, and the short term mission trip, the time has passed rather uneventfully. I am still planning to cover allergies and skin care in more depth during the coming year, and I may evaluate another weight reduction supplement or two, as well.

New Years Greetings

I wish you all a Joyful January. We've just had a five inch snow storm today, and other then a short trek over to visit with my mother, I didn't have to go anywhere all day!

Now, that's the way to appreciate a snow storm. It was beautiful. It seems bad weather usually happens when I have to go somewhere, so I enjoyed the opportunity to watch it when I didn't.

I really appreciate the opportunity I have to work at home on days like today. Well, I'll close for now, and be back in touch around March or April.

To improving health by wise supplementation,

Sherilyn
