What Causes Heart Disease? -
Life And Death Question

What causes heart disease is a question doctors and researchers have been asking for most of the last century, but they don't seem much closer to having reasonable answers that are supported by consistent research results.

According to conventional medicine there are certain risk factors for heart disease, but most of us know someone who died of a heart attack without most, or any, of those risk factors present.

Nevertheless, these risk factors give us a good foundation for discussion, so we'll start by listing them...

What Causes Heart Disease? -
"Risk Factors"

These risk factors can be divided into two groups. Those over which a person has little or no control including such things as:
  • heredity
  • advancing age -above fifty for men or fifty-five for women
  • a hard driving, impatient, and aggressive personality, frequently known as "Type A"

And the second group comprised of lifestyle choices such as:

  • obesity- the danger zone for men is a waist circumference of over 42", and for women a waist circumference of over 32".
  • smoking or the use of tobacco in any form
  • high triglycerides
  • high cholesterol
  • insulin resistance or high blood sugar
  • diabetes
  • stress
  • inadequate nutrition
  • systemic inflammation
  • high toxic load in the body
  • no exercise, or irregular exercise

What Causes Heart Disease?
Unknown Combo of "Risk Factors"

No one risk factor alone has been proven to cause heart disease, but all have been strongly indicated as contributing factors in its development.

However, in addition to the above risk factors, there are three other major causes of heart disease. They are:

  • A Congenital defect -This means you were born with a weakness or defect in your heart that causes your heart disease.
  • An infection or auto-immune disease. One of the most well known examples is rheumatic heart disease.
  • Atherosclerosis -This arterial disease is the cause of most heart disease not attributable to the former two I've mentioned in this section. The risk factors mentioned previously are actually thought to cause atherosclerosis, with the atherosclerosis then causing the heart disease. Please visit the page I've previously written by clicking the preceding link for more specific information.

What Causes Heart Disease?
Passivity

Although there are two, possibly three risk factors over which we have very little control, the majority of these risk factors are things we do control.

Yet frequently, we refuse to take responsibility for our health. We will visit the doctor, if we have insurance or the government will pay for it, but we won't change the way we live.

This passivity is one of the major causes of heart disease in the modern world. We've all heard the expression "you are what you eat", but few of us take seriously the responsibility to eat food that is high in nutrients.

One of the major causes of obesity is our bodies are hungry for the nutrients we need to be healthy, and we aren't getting them from our modern diet, so we continually crave more food.

However the situation isn't hopeless. There are things that can be done to reverse heart disease, or to prevent its development if you're still healthy.

Of course you can go to your doctor, and he or she will prescribe drugs to help you control your symptoms, but to my knowledge, none enable you to reverse heart disease. They only slow down its progression.

What Causes Heart Disease? -
No Commitment to Prevention or Reversal

Heart Disease can be reversed. My husband is currently working with a man in Puerto Rico who had a heart attack years ago, but doctors can find no scar on his heart now. He is healthy and working many hours each day.

How can you prevent or reverse heart disease?

First make wise lifestyle choices:

  1. If you smoke or use tobacco, stop!
  2. If your blood sugar is high, or you are diabetic, be sure you follow your doctors advice, but don't stop there!

Research the nutrients that will enable your body to heal, and make them a part of your diet on a regular basis.

  3. Make regular exercise a part of your life.

It is better to exercise ten minutes a day, five or six days a week, than to exercise a couple of hours once a week, or once every other week. Start slowly, but be consistent.

  4. Be willing to slow down to lower your stress levels. We usually put ourselves under the greatest stress.

Don't think you have to be "super person"!

  5. Be willing to add natural nutritional supplements to your diet to overcome and improve the poor nutrition available in the modern diet.

The wise use of supplements enables you to overcome the remaining health risks, such as high blood sugar, and high blood fats.

What Causes Heart Disease?
Inadequate Nutrition

If you simply throw a drug at every health problem that arises, those health problems will continue to get worse.

What causes heart disease many times today, is a lack of needed nutrients in our diet.

However there are natural nutritional supplements that will help. What are they?

I recommend several since heart problems can be so deadly.

The first is called Natural Cellular Defense. It is made up of natural zeolites that detoxify your body on a cellular level.

It will help you get rid of toxins such as nicotine if you've smoked, or PCB's if you were exposed to them at work, or "agent orange" if you are a veteran, or all the chemical additives the food companies are putting in processed foods these days, that they aren't even required to list in the ingredients.

For more specifics read the page I've written on it called Total Body Cleanse.

If you prefer, you can actually get this supplement by eating a delicious organic dark chocolate. Visit the chocolate detox site to get your supply right away.

The second is comprised of three supplements that work together. The first, is a concentrated super food supplement called Stem Enhance, causes your body to release 3 or 4 million more stem cells for four to six hours after each dose. The second, called Stem Flo, is made up of proteolytic enzymes and antioxidants to improve your circulation so those stem cells can reach any area of your body that needs them. The third, called ST-5, is a combination supplement that provides natural forms of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants needed for good health, along with specific nutrients that enable your tissues to attract more stem cells so they can heal.

Taken together these supplements will help your body heal better than anything else available. Visit the Stem Tech website for more information, or to place an order immediately.

The final is a supplement designed specifically for those struggling with heart disease. It is called ProArgi9 Plus and is a combination of nitric oxide and L-arginine that lowers inflammation, and improves circulation throughout your body. Click on the link above or the banner below to get your supply right away.

ProArgi9 Plus is a supplement that enables healing to reverse causes of heart disease.

Any one of these supplements would definitely help you prevent heart disease, but if you want to actually reverse it after you've started having problems with it, I would highly recommend you invest in all of these together, at least until you've turned your health around.

Conclusions about What Causes Heart Disease

Although doctors and researchers can't tell you for sure what will cause heart disease, there are things that can be done to greatly lower your risks.

In addition to making lifestyle changes, adding the best nutritional supplements will actually enable you to reverse heart disease even if your are currently struggling with it.

In the end, what frequently causes heart disease is simply inertia. Don't let it take your life!
