Cinnamon Improves Circulation

I have been taking ground cinnamon with my breakfast cereal - about a teaspoon per day - together with reducing the amount of refined sugar in my diet, and it has reduced the redness of a patch of varicose veins that I had on my foot.

There has also been a significant reduction in a large vein that used to stick out on my lower leg.

Editor's Note: I was interested to hear that cinnamon has helped with your circulation. I give it to my husband in capsule form to help with his blood sugar control.
