Massage and Arthritis

by Teej
(Boulder, CO)

I find that for my arthritis in the hands, fingers, and knees that a nice warm or hot bath and then a professional massage really helps keep the arthritis pain at bay.

Definitely look up "arthritis and massage" on the web, you'd be surprised!

Hope this helps, massage has really helped me for the past 6 years, keeping the arthritis quite manageable.

Editor's Note: I agree, massage is very helpful for arthritis. I frequently give my husband back rubs (massages) at night to help him get to sleep. He is usually out within five minutes!
