Vitamin D3 drops - Sunshine in a Bottle

Vitamin D3 is recently becoming recognized as one of the single most important supplements we can take for our health.
It plays a huge roll in our immune system, and *may* be part of the reason why there is normally more sickness in the winter months when there is less sunshine.
The good news is d3 is easy to supplement. You'll soon see the RDA raised because the 400IU currently recommended is not enough. During the winter months an adult may want to take 2000 to 4000 IUs for optimal health, depending on where you live and how much sunshine you get. If in doubt, go ask your doctor for a simple blood test to see if you're deficient in D. (most people are!)
Vitamin D drops are the way to go in my opinion. At 1000 IUs per drop, they are tasteless and colorless and super easy to take. Carlsons is the brand I use, and I supplement my little boy with Carlsons vitamin D baby drops.
Hope this helps someone out there. Vitamin D may be the most important supplement and it's definitely the easiest to take!
Editor's note: Thanks Tiffany for this tip on Vitamin D. My husband and I are currently taking it, but I didn't realize it was available in drops. I'll be checking this out I can assure you
